As an Art student, I actually had to sketch some people nude (not live but in pictures on an art site). Granted I found it uncomfortable, but approaching it maturely I just finished drawing and now I no longer have to because those classes are all passed.
People just need to learn to not let things phase you easily and move on in the most dignified way you can.
