Champions hwo are legit "Bad" in urf mode?
I know Yasuo is considered one of the worst since he barely gets any benefit outside of a low cooldown windwall and ult (which already has a low cooldown)
Any others?

Garen isn't as viable
aatrox, cass, cho, draven, heimer, eve, garen, morde, udyr, voli, warwick, xin, yas
to name a few
Eve bad, are you serious? She seemed perfectly op when she was on the enemy team not half an hour ago. In fact I can see nothing wrong with most of these champs.
Mostly champions that already have low cd. Half the adcs do the job as well at not being good at URF.
Things with short range can mostly be added to that list. I saw a guy play URF udyr, didn't go well at all for him despite having access to a sated devourer and a triforce pre-20mins.

srsly, why would you play garen in urf? lol.
same problem garen has; no real benefit
