. . . raging post demanding to play with mature people... irony.

Kazaashi10/14/2015, 9:09:42 PM11 votes

Age /= maturity.

Example: The OP.

EndlessSorcerer10/14/2015, 9:02:07 PM6 votes

Yeah, because an age restriction has stopped people from accessing online content before.

It's not exactly difficult to lie about your birthdate online.

Honestly, considering what little I've seen of your behaviour (i.e. this topic), you aren't exactly behaving maturely either.

insaiyanbacca10/14/2015, 9:06:09 PM4 votes

> rages about immature people >thinks yi is worth banning >thinks people cant fake their age on the internet and riot would shut out half of their audience

dumb thread is dumb

I like how I'm 14, the exact type of uncompetitive bad player that you are talking about.. But then I realize that I am gold 4 and you are bronze 5. That's pretty funny.

Starkiller X5110/14/2015, 9:06:26 PM2 votes

25 and afking because you cant handle some flaming and whining that you want to play with people your own age, you know what, you should add someone i know, hes terrible at the game, he a whiny baby, and he thinks the game revolves around him and that anything that happen is everyone elses fault, hes also in his early 30s, you two are basically soulmates in league

edit: posting the summoner name is probably a bad idea, getting rid of that while i can

I was really impressed by the amount of skill this 14yr old put up as my adc he added me afther the game he wasnt a really good player but he was 14 i did consider his age when thinking of his skill do i clearly outskilled him I had far worse team mates who are older

BeatzBoyFTW10/15/2015, 8:29:29 AM2 votes

After reading this whole threads & comments, something tells me that you were lying about being 25.

And second, what do you expect riot to do about Age Restriction? The internet has already been filled with peope who lie about their age in every site they go. You expect Riot to do some Mission Impossible scanning for every new players who were signing up?

The irony of this isn't just that you're rage-posting in an immature manner about wanting to play with more mature players but thatMasterYicould teach you a lot in this situation. Let us break down his story and we shall see if you learn.

Through the ancient martial art of Wuju, Master Yi has tempered his body and sharpened his mind until thought and action have become one. Though he chooses to enter into violence as a last resort, the grace and speed with which he wields his blade ensures resolution is always swift. As the last living practitioner of Wuju, Master Yi has devoted his life to finding able pupils to carry on the legacy of his lost people.

It looks as if Master Yi's team might have fed hard too. I wonder what happened with his team.

Even before Yi mastered Wuju, he was considered one of the most skilled practitioners of the mystical martial art. He would soon prove his mastery when word of a massive Noxian invasion reached his remote village. Yi swept across the battlefields of Ionia, turning back the tide of Noxus's vast infantry with swift and deadly strikes, much to the embarrassment of Noxian High Command. Recognizing the threat the Wuju disciples posed to their invasion, the Noxians chose to unleash a nightmarish chemical attack on the home of the deadly art. Those who somehow survived the poisonous concoction had their minds twisted beyond repair. Yi's home was left in ruin.

So his team won their lane-phase but it sounds likeSingedorTwitchmanaged to get in there and get a Pentakill to secure the enemy Nexus. I imagine Master Yi must be super angry by now.

At the war's conclusion, Yi returned to the grotesque remains of his village. There he became the attack's final casualty. Slain in spirit, if not in body, Yi clung to the only feeling left within his heart: vengeance. Driven only by his desire to punish those who'd destroyed his home, Yi spent years training in seclusion. He became a deadlier swordsman than he had ever been, but true mastery of Wuju still eluded him.

He's angry but not for the exact same reason as you are. Maybe you're putting your frustration in the wrong place. It seems the frustrations of a team not doing well got to Master Yi as well though and because of it he isn't getting the best outcome; much like how you seem to be currently playing with unfavorable results as well.

At the height of Yi's frustration, a monkey of unusually noble bearing interrupted his training. Standing as straight and tall as a man, the monkey watched and mimicked Yi's movements. Yi shooed the monkey away, but the agile creature took great amusement in turning Yi's own techniques against him. Gradually, Yi felt his anger subside as he sparred with the playful animal, and when the burden of his hatred had fully lifted, he found he had caught the monkey by his tail. Yi then understood that he would never master Wuju so long as he pursued it for vengeance, and as he let go of the monkey, he also released his desire to shed his enemy's blood.

Yi thanked the monkey for showing him what he'd been blind to, and was surprised when the creature actually replied. He wished to learn Yi's art of fighting. It was an odd request, but through it Yi saw his new path: the way to honor the memory of his lost people was to pass their teachings on to a new generation.

Ah; here is where Yi went wrong; and you too! With all of his competitive anger being put into his task of getting better/winning the games he wasn't able to preform as well but upon relaxing and playing the game for fun he was able to win just a small skirmish withMonkeyKing; catching him out of position. Maybe you too could try playing the game with a more fun-welcoming perspective and see if anything changes. Honestly, this is something I should try to keep in mind myself. Do you want to know what Master Yi said from (t)his experience?

MasterYi: The edge of the sharpest blade is no match for the calm of the peaceful mind.

God bless; I hope you can have some fun in your next few games!

Geez I've already read his lore.

Rage-posting = Venting i called it, even adults need to vent somewhere regardless if others dgaf. I rather not have chat restrictions & break my keyboard in the process. In the new season I won't be in bronze that's for sure.

Vanjie10/15/2015, 9:55:48 PM1 votes

The thing I hate is when the parents of these players know their child is acting like a bafoon and do nothing about it. "Oh, my kid is your problem now. Deal with it."

The only thing you can do is just form a team and make sure everyone is whatever age you want. I just don't play ranked anymore because of how much I lose. I usually always get someone under fifteen or trolls.

61939590DEL110/14/2015, 8:59:24 PM1 votes

I've had it with kids like "yourself"

61939590DEL110/14/2015, 9:03:42 PM1 votes

Well I'm ##### competitive & i'm tired of brats yet this is the only bad side of my personality. Yet I'm more mature than you think!

61939590DEL110/14/2015, 9:15:47 PM1 votes

I'm too annoyed to reply to anyone "directly". @StarkillerX51 no child I'm sick of losing idc if someone is flaming me in game, but just terrible players with me. Not even close this game doesn't revolve around me i rather work than this, which is less stressfull. Early 30's he clearly needs a reality check.

@insaiyanbacca

You should already know the main bans in bronze, yet smurfs or trolls tend to use them. Olaf MasterYi Rengar Diana Darius Heimerdinger Ekko Yet my mains bans would beLeblanc Yasuo Mordekaiser

Sky Shadow10/15/2015, 8:23:56 AM1 votes

I don't know if you know this or not, but you can't actually win every single game you play. That's a myth.

Realistically, when you load into a fresh game against real people, you only really have a 50/50 chance to win. Either you win or you don't.

Even Faker, who some regard as the best League player in the world loses 30-40% of his Solo Queue games.

Colgate Gator10/15/2015, 6:43:28 PM1 votes

I get the feeling OP himself wouldn't pass the age restriction.

61939590DEL110/15/2015, 9:20:28 PM1 votes

When I say "crab" in the beginning i meant "rift scuttler" which is now. Child your just manipulating the way I'm saying things which is trolling.

As for the new layout for SR map yea it's better but I see no Dragon & Baron timer so idk what exact times it respawns back. Of course we have the GAME DURATION TIMER but that's it. IF your spectating a game YES there is a dragon timer & baron just under the scores.

If your trying to brag about playing this game since day 1 or few mths after release.

  1. Yet by all means I'm still older than you.
  2. You clearly don't have a life a outside your parents house.
  3. Probably unemployed as well.
  4. Be productive & goal-oriented find other online games to play.
