I don't see a Shen skin in the leak... are you referring to the chromas he got recently?

got chromas in mid/late 2015 and then mymu updated mid 2016.

Said debonair skin was also delayed a full year due to its initial design being extremely disliked. Your point still stands though. You also reminded me of Safecracker Eve which they were also hesitant to release due to VGU priority (I'm glad they did^^ )

To be fair, the Debonair skin got such a miniscule change (basicly just the head) it probobly wasn't that much of an issue for Riot.

That image was drawn by some scrub on the internet. Why would Riot release an image of a highly secret skin so early?
