Trading/Gifting.

So I've had the issue for a while that I'll grow fond of a champion, but my favourite skin for them is unavailable so the only way to attain them is from getting disgustingly lucky from mystery skin gifting. So, I had the idea to implement some sort of trading/gifting system into League. For example, I just bought a mystery skin in hopes I'd get Dragonblade Riven, but instead got Underworld Twisted Fate. I don't play TF at all, although I know he's a good champion, I just don't really have interest in him. I know people whoever who have Dragonblade and never play Riven, but would possible want a skin I have, like Underworld TF. If I could simply trade them that skin, it would make life so much easier.

I realize theres the issue of people making new accounts and making them their mains and they could simply trade over all of their skins (which would still require them to buy skins on the new account, so you still make money and they get their favourite skins on their new account).

I understand it may not be the absolute most money friendly addition to the game in favour of Riot, but I'm sure you make hundreds of dollars in literally minutes. So please, help us out?
