I'm gonna go on a limb here and try to stray from the standard LoL/DotA MOBA, to try and imagine how they could bring a new different experience that still fits a fantasy and expands the brand without travestying it.
#Splinter Cell
First-person shooter. there are a couple classes to choose from, each class having 1 "close range" weapon, 1 "long range" weapon, and 1 "special" weapon. Each class also comes with a subset of skills (I would be enclined to go DotA like and vary the number of skills per person while having most be the same). An example could be a counter-recon, which has metal wires, combat sniper and an EMP gun. Skills would probably be somethign like a "radar jammer" and stealth detection.
Games would probably have more tactical combats, with 2-3 lanes that are made of corridors and stuff like that, your "creeps" would be NPC soldiers. All "recruits" (aka champions) would be fairly squishy, focusing more on stealth plays and tactical maneuvers than bashing through the front door. You would probably have access to different cameras and/or radars instead (or to complement) your minimap.
#Pokemon
Once again, this would not be the standard moba. I would expect to see capture and evolution be core aspects of the gameplay, so you would most probabl be able to have 2-3 pokemon slots, and as you gain XP, all 3 pokemons gain XP. You have a starter among 5-10, and various pokemons (changes each games) are located symetrically on the map.
Your pokemons evolve after X levels, and you can release pokemons to catch stronger/different ones. You would only be able to change pokemon while at the city (aka fountain). While having some effect, type advantages wouldn't be as dominant.
#Beyblade
This one could actually be fuckign awesome... Ram agtainst structures to gain access to the enemy base, every times you collide, you lose some velocity (and/or rotation speed). You have to do something to gain it back. It could seriously be the singlest best coffee break MOBA. I would aim for an average of 10 minutes per game, most would last 8-15, with long games being roughly 20 minutes.
