While I have no doubt this thread, if it goes anywhere... will become a debate about her gameplay- I just want to say, that if I had any refunds left.... I would want to refund the bundle I bought at her release. This is my biggest regret in league. I feel like such a tool for owning this champion let alone her blood moon skin.
If I had the chance to get my 3 refunds back.... I would refund those two items, buy kalista again and then promptly refund her once more.
Not being good at a champion at first is understandable, and it's not unreasonable to want a refund for it if it turns out you can't do an Insec kick the first day. However, Bundles are non-refundable even if you still had a token. People that spend their own money here are generally expected to do so responsibly, as in you research what you are getting before you buy it. All champions can be bought with IP instead so it's completely on you if you got it with RP, they reduce in price after only a week, and fall into the Free Rotation shortly after that. You can also take all the time you want inspecting the skin before you purchase one on any multitude of third party sites on videos, pictures, or 3D model viewers.
Long story short; don't jump up and buy things without thinking about it first, or you will often regret it.
However, Riot has very nice customer support, and if you ask nicely in a Support Ticket, they might refund you even though you in no way deserve it.
