I let him stun me.
Sometimes if I see a good chance to q a minion and hit me I stand behind it.
All I have to worry about is the enemy jungler, really.
His full combo at 6 brings me to like half hp, sort of. Gives me a reason to drink one of my two potions I bought at level 1. Almost got me kiddo!
That leprechaun skin's e is kinda cheeky though. I actually do want to walk into it, since it's so pretty!

I used to main him. Since his rework, I've played many, MANY games. I've gone positive a couple times. Rito plz fix him.

Release Final Boss skin, have ppl buy it, then destroy him.
He feels like... freelo to me. I've yet to go negative on him even when we lose. The losses are always my fault due to poor positioning or just a bad baron/dragon call. If yall think he needs buffs I'll HAPPILY accept them. It'll make it even easier to get to plat.

They wanted to keep his burst identity...and then made it impossible to land a W without outside help.
Other mages do everything Veigar does better at this point.

Sounds like that Veigar was pretty bad.
I'm not saying he couldn't use any sort of buff, but I've been doing fine with him. easy to kill marksmen in one combo, high damage if I farm well during lane. And, if I aim well, I'm often able to farm and harass at the same time.
At this point, people are just being silly about him and how "ineffective" he is.
Wow, is that so? That means that I HAVEN"T been hitting the stun...
I am so deeply, deeply unhappy about this aspect of New Veigar: he only stuns people with his "stun" if they decide to run into it. Every now and again, usually when I'm queuing up with someone, I'll find myself in a match where people actually do reliably throw themselves into the cage wall. I had assumed this was because it was a Wood III match. OP makes a good point, though: maybe they just feel really sorry for me.
I think that if they reduce the warning delay on his E from 0.75 to 0.5 (0.25 delay after cast), give him back his ult's 0.2 AP ratio (1.2 ratio instead of 1.0) and add a bit more range to his Q (maybe 1100-1075 range) Veigar would be viable again.
honestly, I wouldn't have any problem at all with the e delay if it didn't have the hitbox of a mundo cleaver.
