Im 100% sure you dont have more then 2 hours in this game. Lucian destroys tanks, yorick and 40 other champs (possibly) are more-useless

i am chalelnger in solo que,lucian only has %46win rate,the lowest win rate can prove my opion.

Leblanc has a 48% win rate, Elise had a 46% win rate when she was pick/ban every game. Win rates are overrated when determining how good a champion is.

He is a good ADC, but he has a fairly high skill cap. You have to be good with all of his skills and passive to be effective. He is probably the only ADC that really doesn't have a weak point during early, mid, or late. A pretty solid ADC all around.
