Map Awareness (An unexpected physical issue)

Soooo.... I'm trying to become a better player and a big part of that is to improve my map awareness obviously. Even when watching streams or videos on YouTube I'm making myself flick my eyes over to the minimap as often as I can and so far all has been well with this for the most part.

HOWEVER

I've been finding that this makes my eyes sore and once that happens each flick of my eyes pulls them more and more out of focus until it's like they can't even concentrate on anything at all. Has anyone else had this happen to them and is this just a temporary thing that'll pass once my eye's adjust to frequently flicking over to the minimap?

I'm just wondering because this irritating visual handicap has led to some rather tilting throws all because I ended up losing the ability to properly focus on things...

Thank you all in advance for your input! :D

I can't stand streams.....I'm one of those players that press TAB after watching the minimap so I can predict what my opponents move is going to be. Stuff like Junglers level and CS leads and item leads are quite important information that only TAB can give me.

Anyway, most people don't realize that in high ELO you don't see the minimap as often either You instinctively know where the other 9 players would be at most of the times by thinking what woudl you do on their position.
