Conspiracy Theories Ahoy

So it's well known that Riot hates going back on decisions they rushed out the door put into Live.

So I'm thinking- these preseason updates that have given marksmen a huge boost in power are actually... being implemented to create a reason to give assassins more power... to give them reason to create a new assassin item... that greatly helps assassins to bust through tanks... effectively making tanks less of a counter in the current meta... allowing Riot to slowly remove them from the game, one rework at a time (I'm looking at you, Merde-kaiser)... making the killing power of turrets seem greater by comparison... and allowing Riot to justify the laser pointers they currently have installed where the turrets should be!
