Why can't Riot support just tell me why I got banned?

I got permabanned 19 days ago and I still dont know why. I am not asking for a very detailed response, just "scripts" or "drophacks" (this is just an example, I never used any of these. I'm using this as an example because I dont know what else could be an "exploit that provides an unfair advantage") How could saying "You got banned for using BOTRK exploit" compromise their systems and methods of investigation? I feel like they don't even know why I got banned and this is just an excuse.

I'm sorry for trying to find out why I got banned for cheating when I never cheated. I definitely deserved to get downvoted. This match history clearly shows that I am a cheater http://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=riven+lovejoy

Yeah you can keep downvoting me, but I got banned LONG time ago, not during a ban wave. People instantly downvote posts about permabans without even reading them. You can check my match history, I am not a cheater. A cheater's match history looks like this: http://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=gplk

Dunno why you're getting downvoted but I'm assuming you did cheat if you got banned for cheating, though mistakes are possible. Maybe the downvotes are coming bc you're posting in Misc?

same thing happened to me! I'm very angry at RIOT. I played since season 2, and i invest more than 600+ on this game for skins and etc. heck, i'm not even a really good player, only gold 1 and I still lose more games than win. I just play with friends for fun and couple days ago i got perm ban??!! LOL! riot can't even provide proof? so basically they can just rob money off from player and ban them however they like? I feel I don't even want play this game anymore!
