Annie is balanced.
Almost oneshotting the enemy team with just one item is perfectly balanced.

seems fine to me, both of those spells are low range with a relatively small AOE and long cds
Yeah what's the big deal? It was a perfect setup. I don't see any problem with this.

Considering she has 339 AP, a Luden's and most of those were squishies, this a pretty poor example. Not to mention the clear level advantage. You also forgot to say one COMPLETED item.
I agree Annie's is broken, but you chose the worst case ever to argue that.
You do realize Annie was 0-3 levels above their entire team (only trynd equaled her level) and that Olaf and Jinx were both above her? Her entire team was massively fed.
I agree, it is in fact pretty balanced.
