A Suggestion for the Next Player Reward

So I gotta say. I loved the free riot mystery skin idea. (Super Teemo for the win ). It was a suprise, people had fun with it, and it was very kind. I do not know when you are planning on doing the next one (please dont tell me), but one good idea would be do give every positive player one additional refund.

I will be honest, I was a level 4 at the time the refunds were created. I was dumb. And stupid. I sold tristana for anivia and let me just say I regret it. I am probably not the first to do this either. I did this same thing for IP refunds and after three years...you deeply regret it. I would appreciate it a lot. I am sure a lot of others would too.
