Has Riot recently changed the key drop rate? Because I am getting chests but haven't gotten a key fragment in forever. Ive been winning with champs i own and nuthin. Sitting at 2 fragments and 4 chests and i'm sad

Considering the sweet loot I have got with the system though, I am not going to complain about it.
