Hey Guys,

I got a Pulsefire Ezreal in my Hextech Crafting and I am slowly making my way to the 2950 orange essence. I would like to ask whoever is reading this, if that i get the skin permanent, would i get the icon that would usually come with the skin?

You get all associated bonuses with that skin because they're bound and there is no other way to obtain them.
