[CRASH] Free Skin Availibility

Hello, reader of my discussion, I would like to report a somewhat of a bug, but really just wanting to know why the things happen. I have recently found out that Riot Girl Tristana was not the only offered free skin, but as well as Dreadknight Garen and Unchained Alistar. The issue at hand is the inability to receive the redemption code for the Alistar and Tristana skin(For My Smurf). I tried to get the Tristana skin for my smurf, but it was said that Riot Girl Tristana was unavailable and will be back shortly, so I tried again today since last week, but still not back. I would like to know why she is unavailable, maybe she is being fixed up, or she is just removed from woobox.com. The other issue I ran into is trying to get the Alistar skin, I would subscribe and let access to my account, but it would redirect me back to the board and tell me there was an issue trying to add the skin to my account. What I did to get this error is by going to the links provided online to get the Skins. The first one being the one for Riot Girl Tristana and the other one for Unchained Alistar.
