Petition to get autofill removed in low elo

So I was just autofilled into the support role in a ranked game and, having very little experience with the role, and having only Alistar for a support champion, we lost the game. My winrate in ranked is about 75%, and most of those losses are from getting autofilled. I honestly don't see the point of this in low elo. I know Riot wants to make the queue times shorter, but there's two things I have to say about that. A) My queue times never go above 5 minutes. And B) Low elo doesn't have long queue times anyways because of the vast amount of people in the elo. I am currently Silver II and I was placed Bronze IV this season (first time getting placed, don't judge). I think Riot should keep the concept in Plat+, but drop autofill in Gold and below. Now, I know some of you may be saying, "Well learn support and you won't do bad at it." Well, two things. One, I've been playing this game since last July, and I mainly stick to Top and Jungle. I have very little experience with the Support role. And two, I've been taught this from many high elo YouTubers, never support in low elo unless you main it. You have to carry your team if you want to win. This isn't always the case, but I'm not planning on maining support. I'm just not very comfortable in the role, and I think that people should be able to decide which roles they are comfortable in and enjoy playing. To the people that main support, I'm not saying that support is a bad role. I just personally do not enjoy playing it. And whenever I get autofilled, I usually end up losing.
