last skin for irelia was in may 2015, maybe it's time for a new one, instead doing skins always for the same champions, maybe some merchandise too

Tbh, thats not a problem. He is in desperate need of his VGU, and giving a skin to a toxic champion is something Riot trys to avoid Cough Old Yorick Cough

Jhin's not even a year old. Irelia hasn't had a skin since early 2015.

Swain and Zyra are fair, though. In Zyra's case, it's probably just really hard to make skins for her because of her plants.

Jhin is a fair case, as he is an incredibly cool champion who hasn't gotten a skins since his release which is nearing a year. Irelia's latest skin came out after Jhin came out, and she already has 6 skins. She really isn't in need of a new skin while other champions have been needing a skin for a while.
