She is on the update list,so it is extremely unlikely for her to get a skin. In fact she is known to be one of the higher priorities among the VGU-candidates,making it even less likely for her to get a skin.

I'm playing irelia from S2 and im still waiting like others ppl for some ultimate/legendary skin pls riot do it for us.
