League and a book relating themes :o

so there's this book of mice and men, and since the only thing i can remember to possibly relate it to is league, does anything in league(all of it) relate to some themes of "of mice and men" ??

isolation I can think of kha but I'm looking for 3 solid arguments as to why a theme relates to both something in league and the book. if anyone else knows something other than league please let me know too <3
