Chat Restriction Should Carry To Post-Game Screen

I believe one's chat restriction should carry to the post-game screen. I personally believe that one who is chat restricted should not be able to speak post-game.

What about if they are going to be reported for not talking, and they cant say, "Sorry I was chat banned."

I've gotten ONE chat restriction in my three years of playing. And it was only five games. I'm not generally a bad person. I stick up for my teammates when they're being insulted, and don't belittle someone just because they didn't perform well. (I got my chat restriction very soon after I somehow played two games in a row with the same duo. Neither of them liked me so I feel that may have put my chat restriction as a priority. 4x reports in two games...)

Anyway. You shouldn't assume that just because someone is chat restricted that they have nothing to contribute to the conversation, even in the post-screen. Besides, in the actual game you have 5 chat messages to use, and they recharge every few minutes as you use them. Why should the post-screen be any different and block them from speaking entirely?
