This is truly surprising.

I am not one for insulting Riot. They're a good company with a bad idea when it comes to listening to their player base. They've got good ideas as to where they want to go with everything, but their execution is not the best.

However; the amount of complaints about the new updates (i.e. Fiora update, HUD update, etc.) are truly staggering. But in the past, how many times has Riot actually answered your complaints? I look through the threads daily, and there is always something else, someone complaining, that is, but almost never a Rioter (who is on the team that deals with the issue at hand) truly taking these things into account, and giving back useful answers. So why do you continue to complain when the trend is that they do not seem to care?

And this is a legitimate question! I see so many comments in threads about Riot not truly understanding their player base, these are a staple in almost every thread regarding an update. Things like "riot doesn't care" or "they're just in it for the money" are almost like a virus running rampant through out the threads. So if this is a trend, why do you continue to try and get Riot's attention?
