I'm a solo queue player and was never given survey to see which I prefer solo queue or dynamic.... Is the survey still going around or is this a president campaign, to which im black and live in the south so they move the polls away from me to get the votes to go where they want. ?

Those in-client surveys are primarily for internal use so Riot can determine where the playerbase stands on certain things, such as skin quality, gameplay, champions, etc. It's not in Riot's best interest to "manipulate" the results of these surveys, as that would make them ineffective.

So, when it comes to getting a representative sample, sample source is more important than sample size.
If you want a representative sample of a particular population, you need to ensure that:
- The sample source includes all the target population

Dynikus1 votesI imagine if you played a decent amount of games with dynamic queue, and a decent amount of games solo, you would be more likely to have received the survey because you would have had first hand experience with both aspects of the queue type.
Asking a player who queues solo 100% of the time if he likes queueing with a team doesn't make much sense and wouldn't give Riot an accurate result.

Dynikus1 votesyes, riot would rather skew results than hear about what the playerbase actually wants. It's definitely not that you guys just didn't get the survey because a vast majority of players don't get the surveys.

Aeszarck1 votesThey sent it out to only a few thousand randomly selected players, I think. Most people don't get surveyed, but because it's sent to random players, they still get an accurate representation of how the playerbase feels.
We are fortunate that there are a lot of players who play League, so it's pretty easy for us to get even a large sample size of thousands or more with surveys. Sample size on these isn't a problem. Asking the right questions is usually much more challenging.
