Anivia and scaling ap runes

I have a rune page that is 85 AP at level 18. With the mastery it is 100 ap at level 18. at level 6, scaling ap runes are equal to ap runes.

my win rate is sky rocketing. brute force wins. thanks riot. finally i can love anivia again. 6.10 is awesome
