IP giving

when are you guys gonna add the giving of IP to friends because as someone with all the champs i would rather just give my IP to a friend so he can get more champs he wants than sit here with 11,000 waiting for the next champ to come out since i can't spend it on anything else.

if not allowing us to give more IP atleast give us more options to purchase at this point it's just sitting there menacingly.
