Riot will you ever change your policy or get rid of rp and make everyhthing lp currency ingame ?

so i just read riots policy basically saves them from everything some how, so now i see they are thieves of a high class because they have the rp that you must buy for the skins and a few other things but champs and runes is the only thing you can spend lp on. So my question to you riot is will you ever change your policy? and if not then will you change everything to lp and take away rp because you cant get sued if you pull some bs, you can just stop working on the game whenever and screw everyone, and you can even close accounts for no reason with a whole lotta other bs thats in the policy that you can screw everyone that spent money in game.
