so every game i had where one person on enemy team gets death dance i cant kill them then it gets to the point where they are more tank than the tanks in game and have no tank item except the only item they got that is making them tanky is death dance. the one little grievous wound item ingame does nothing to them. so do anyone have info on how to beat that item?
Grievous wounds is probably helpful.

for AD. Usually they help but also death dance heals based on the damage dealt so more armor than health will be good as welll
GW and armor.
D-dance works by basically makign them take bleed damage instead of instant damage so that they can lifesteal it back a bit via dealign physical damage.
This means u can mitigate it both by taking less physical damage and reducing their healing.
Thornmail also means they are taking more damage back. when they auto attack you.
