no less: It was a teambuilder with three friends - the solo queuer left.
Best 4v5 I won was when our top laner never showed up, and our exus ended up having about 100up at one point, but I managed to vi ulti through the entire other team and push out the enemy adc while my team was doing a 3v3 with a master yield trying to bd (he backed soon as we got 1 nexus turret down)
I once won a 3v5 back in Season 2 for my Gold promo match. Pre-nerf DFG LeBlanc, 51/3/11.
There was a 3 or 4 v5 a while back that i won, one member dc'd from the start, and when the game dragged to 70+ minutes, in spite of 2 or 3 10 minute dc's, we still won.

I won a 3v5 once....but one of the enemies was lagging, so i guess 3v4.
Regardless, it was mostly because they didnt respect my Nasus cane - and decided to let me farm, "cause i lost my lane anyway" - pro tip. Never. Let. Nasus. Farm.
I rememer once I won a 4v5 as Katarina. Our ADC never connected so we were left with Malphite, Jax, Thresh, and mw. We just fought teamfights so well and if I recall correctly they only had one form of hard CC which was Warwick's ultimate, so that helped a lot.
