With URF mode returning next weekend. Will there be a vs AI version of it like last year?

One of my friends is planning on coming back for URF mode this weekend. And wanted me to ask if there is a vs AI mode for it like last year. Since he was never really one to enjoy PVP (he gets frustrated really easily in it)

And I find URF mode pvp a bit annoying since its always the same 15 champions being spammed like its ranked mode. Usually with people raging at me for trying to have fun with silly / non top tier picks.

So I wanted to know if anyone knows if the URF vs AI is coming back. Hopefuly it is, only way I could actually have fun in the mode... Since theres no Nidalee / Sona / Hecarim spam on the enemy team. EVERY FREAKIN GAME.
