this happened a week ago ish and i got a loss for only being able to play 15 min of a 40 min game. I highly doubt ill get loss prevention this time around either considering its the exact same thing like last time. Does someone wanna tell me when this will be resolved i really dont like losing lp because riot feels like the game was winnable or i dont even know why i didnt recieve loss prevention.
Help & Support is better suited for stuff like this, as that's where the Riot support techys look around.
Loss prevention is a blanket on/off switch for a certain large portion of the playerbase (region, server, server cluster, i don't know 2bh) so it cannot be applied on an individual or even small portion basis without disrupting normal games.
From what it sounds like, unless there was major service disrupt I wasn't privy to this sounds like a drophack, was one team or lane doing particularly well?
ROFL i got a loss and it said i left the game thank you riot for your awesome game <3 Horrible. I get to play the game for 5 min everyone on our team dcs and theirs and i get a loss.
