It seemed like my promos had 2 major themes:
lots of people still seeding: most brand new
lots of people in elo freefall: like a 3 w 18 loss silver 5.
Is this because we're at the end of the season? All jumps like this?

no, the worst jump is silver to gold, silver is the most toxic and hardest to climb elo imo, and gold is just as toxic if a little easier to climb in.
Nooooo trying to get gold is the hardest. Everyone in gold 5 has already gotten their rewards locked up, so they don't give a shit. I've failed promos 3 times now because of trolls. People playing champs they have no clue how to play just because they already got gold 5 rewards.
