would this be possible in the somewhat far future?

first off, after seeing the changes to champ select i dont know how to express myself because of how beautiful it is. its so well made and well put together and just amazing. But would it be possible to put the champions animated logins as the champ select icon so its even more aesthetic? I mean i know its not possible right now because of the fact that only a small portion of champs have that, but still.
