artistically and design wise its exceptional i think that people are just afraid of change...

People are not afraid of hange. Have you seen how the community reacts to other splash art changes? THey react positively, as those new spalsh arts are really good.
This one, however isnt. It just looks weird, it isnt fiora. Its someone else. After every other change of the spalsh art you could still recognize the champion. IN this one you cant.
The hair, is bland, those wash out colours do not help. Her face is a spiky as a rammus goddamn backside! And the outfit..... FASHION POLICE WE HAVE AN EMERGENCY HERE!
