Solution for unused champions that we own.

Dear Riot please bring a system which allows players to trade their unused champions with IP. For example, I never play with Annie, Nunu, Warwick, Le Blanc, Twisted Fate etc. and whenever I'm gonna buy mystery skin or get mystery gift from a friend I always worry about what if I get a skin for a champion that I never play...

So bring a system which will let players to get IP for their unused champions and we can use the IP for other things such as; another champion that we want to play, boosters, summoner name change, server change, runes etc.

That's essentially giving out extra refunds which is a stance Riot has seemed particularly against in the past. A) I don't think this is necessary (you're going to get to a point where you own all the champions eventually) and B) I don't believe this is something that Riot would ever consider.

I own pretty much every Kat and Mundo skin (I own more skins for both champions than the amount of times I've played them) through mystery gifts and I own a skin for pretty much every champ I own through mystery gifts. As a support main I don't use many of them often but it's always fun to play a game or two of Aram, notice I have a skin for a champion and get to play a surprise skin in pretty chill game mode.

Since when could you buy Server Change/Boosters with IP?
