A Thought on Refunds

Alright, so no, this is not a thread where I rant about how we need more refund tokens because I was stupid with my last three. This is mostly caused by annoyance with IP grinding.

I mean seriously, I have to grind out a lot of games to pick up 1, maybe 2, champions, especially those worth 4800 IP or more. At the same time, the majority of my roster has a sizeable amount of champions that I don't necessarily play and honestly wouldn't mind if they weren't there (seriously, I played Shaco a bit, and I just don't like playing him).

What if we could refund champions purchased with IP? And I mean exclusively restricts this to IP purchased champions only. Say, on the 1st of every month, every account gets one "IP Refund" token where a player can essentially "return" a champion and get back 1/2 or 2/3 of the IP that they spent for said champion. It eases the burden on a player to IP grind by allowing one to refund champions they don't currently want/need for other champions they do like/want to try out.

Has this idea been brought up already? Is there any issue that would bar IP refunds from becoming a reality as I present them?
