Ok, parsing builds and trying to find which one is better (damage output + survival output). I don't know how to calculate this, was hoping someone would.

Depends on the champion. The top set is great on things like Swain and Fiddle, while the bottom is much more effective for Katarina or Ahri.

bottom would be great on katarina if it had a void staff over the rylais
