Surprisingly, Nid isn't even in the top ten most popular champs on ARAM, according to Lolking, as shown here.
However, the top ten are, in order:
Ashe, Teemo, Master Yi, Annie, Sivir, Lux, Fiddlesticks, Blitzcrank, Ryze, Soraka.
Not one of those is actually bad at ARAM. Not even mediocre. This makes sense once you take into account that there are some people that make smurf accounts just to play ARAM, and only buy champs that are OP on ARAM.
Statisticly it must happen to some1, and you are the guy, and you posted about it. It is certainly your luck added with the fact people wont reroll her.
