What if they started doing IP sales?
Basically with each sale, the champions on it would also get a 25% - 50% IP price reduction for the time.
Would this be a good thing to do?

they do ip sales for runes and rune pages 1 time a year. every thing 50% off i think a few select runes are like 25%.
that would pummel sales quite a bit...
