Flaming.

To be honest I think summoners should be allowed to flame in game. I say this because 1 it does away with the report system, so longer can summoners be false reported and banned. 2 there is a mute button so if someone is flaming you can just mute them and that's it you're done. 3 There a high chance the person being flamed at (or even you) deserves it. (and yes kids deserve it sometimes like when your lvl7 vayne tries to 1v1 the lvl11 mord) and 4 riot is babying summoners. The ban system is just like a child running to his mother every time something they don't like happens. That's not how its like in real life especially on the internet. I know many people will down vote this or say something stupid in reply but that's because you're the people who probably like being babied. So to all of you have a good day.
