This guy had picked Disco Blitzcrank top 4 times making the enemy team dodge all 4 times yet he still had no punishment then he was on our team and picked disco alistar forcing one of us to dodge. He's still out there making people dodge and there's nothing we can do about it.
Here's a hint: if your games get dodged 3 times in a row, and you don't know why, take a 5 minute break before queueing up again. Same thing goes if there is a troll on your team.
He hasn't done anything wrong. If he did, don't you think Riot's report system would pick it up? To think that you'd accuse Riot of making some kind of a mistake. How dare you? Don't you know how great Riot is? They've done so much for us! That juggernaut rework for example. Sure, nobody wanted it and we all hate how it turned out and asked for it to be reverted/nerfed and, yes, they haven't done it yet, but they tried! And sure there have been multiple issues that could be solved by spending money that Riot has an abundance of but isn't it enough that their game is free with a system that makes it hard to buy the essential runes and pages and champions and they pull in thousands every day and even more when they have ads during lcs? Maybe you should rethink your lives and realize this brave person is just changing the meta, which is following the example Riot is trying to set by changing champions and items to force a new meta onto us, because they know what's better than we do!
Upvoting this. Just had to dodge a game were a guy instalocks troll pick and says he's going to feed the enemy team because our first pick accidentally banned his main. He never mentioned once who his main was.

5)wait out your dodge timer and then play without the annoying troll!
Riot should make a Dodge in champ select just like the surrender in game, if most of the team agrees on dodging no one would lose LP or the dodge timer
there should be a vote-kick system in champ select. requires 3/5 votes (because duo)
