This guy had picked Disco Blitzcrank top 4 times making the enemy team dodge all 4 times yet he still had no punishment then he was on our team and picked disco alistar forcing one of us to dodge. He's still out there making people dodge and there's nothing we can do about it.

T RexHasTinyArms12 votesExcept the frustration point isn't so much that they show up in a game, like you said you can wait if you've been in lobby w/ it and avoid it, and if it's a random game of your first que up, then you can dodge bc 3 LP isn't really much of a punishment. The frustration is that there is no way they get punished unless you screen shot and then send support ticket in for the report and there's no confirmation or evidence that even that does anything.
It is someone who is abusing a gap in the punishment system to behave in a way that would not be tolerated in any game and would quickly be punished, but because of doing it in champ select they are generally given a free pass bc probably 90-99% of people don't to have to send a support ticket to riot just to report someone.

If the majority of the team thinks that person should be kicked, they probably should.

And how common do you think that would be compared to people actively trolling an entire game? Do you think the people dumb enough to kick an abnormal but perfectly fitting pick are more common or more destructive than the people dumb enough to get kicks out of ruining 40+ minutes of four people's days?
Also, copy-pasting your single example without addressing the above isn't helping your case much. It just makes you look hard-headed.

And I do think that people getting kicked for perfectly fine, but "weak" or non-meta picks would become an issue.

Divine Hymn2 votesThe thing is, if your team is so unnaccepting over a non meta pick that the majority would kick you for it, maybe you're better off not playing with them. If they're going into the game already on tilt from "wtf Quinn ADC GG" mindset, the odds of you winning are already poor. I'd rather get a new chance with a more open minded team than be obligated to play with people flaming me just because I picked something unusual that I happen good at.

He's asking for reporting to be available in champ select. So instead of dodging and moving on, he can report, dodge, and move on. And after several rounds of a Disco Nunu getting reported 4x in champ select, it can be removed from the player pool.

How dare you? Don't you know how great Riot is? They've done so much for us! That juggernaut rework for example. Sure, nobody wanted it and we all hate how it turned out and asked for it to be reverted/nerfed and, yes, they haven't done it yet, but they tried! And sure there have been multiple issues that could be solved by spending money that Riot has an abundance of but isn't it enough that their game is free with a system that makes it hard to buy the essential runes and pages and champions and they pull in thousands every day and even more when they have ads during lcs? Maybe you should rethink your lives and realize this brave person is just changing the meta, which is following the example Riot is trying to set by changing champions and items to force a new meta onto us, because they know what's better than we do!

Jingerbeardman3 votesdoesnt work so easily, not every person is going to like being forced into a role just because they got subbed into a select in progress. And how would the problem person be removed in the first place, if it is by general vote... that will never work.
