Should you not lose the ability to hit me with point and click abilities?

When Kha stealths or Rengar or even Twitch, I believe that point and click skill such as Anivia's E should not be applicable. It's like a homing missile and it should lose you when you stealth. Skillshots like Lee's Q should still be able to hit but not point and click skills. That totally eliminates the point of going stealth in the first place.
