Stop allowing ally minions block ally champions
The amounts of times I've missed cs because my own minion blocks me is stupid.

You should just practice cs'ing then if you're having trouble
Managing minion waves is a skill you learn as you improve at the game and should be maintained. Yes this includes planning your movements around creep block.
