What is the best build for Rek'Sai? I mean, what build suit her kit? Fighter build, Tank build, asssassin build, tanky-support build with items like item 3190 or maybe even item 2045 ? Also, do you think item 3124 can work on her?

I was on champion.gg a little while ago and the highest winrate had Guinsoos as a last item (but it's different now).
