It gets frustrating sifting through forums trying to read about relevant issues in league. Any way you guys could make a news feed? Perhaps discuss upcoming game play changes, or current issues being taken into consideration? Not like the summoners showcase, but something a little more serious that would make your companies intentions more transparent to the player base. Once a week 10 min video or so with some highlights could keep a lot of people informed quickly and easily. Then we can turn to the forums for more detailed discussions.

I would actually suggest to look at other third party sites for a news service. Surrender@20 and others have taken up that mantle and by extension have denied Riot the opportunity of doing it themselves (or else they would be shoving out these other sites who are doing a generally great job)
