More refunds each season?

I think as us summoners, we should have more refunds. I only think of this because of how some new summoners to the game would refund cheap champions, and end up regretting to use the refund. In other cases, I believe we should get more refunds because we bought a champion we would think we would have fun with, but we then realize we're not good or having the experience we thought we would on that champion. And my final reason would be that even if we did refund a champion, and bought it, I think we should get the refund back. And since some certain champions have reworks some of us may not like, I think we should be able to refund them, and some people may want to refund the new Sion or Soraka. But this is just my suggestion because I myself, have a lot of champions/skins I'd refund for other things that can make me enjoy the game more. Please and thank you.
