Give us refunds at least once or twice a year?

I'm saying this right now. Since we were all noobs at League, we would be bound to refund 450 IP champions. I'm just asking if we can get refunds at least twice a year, because it is so annoying to have a champion you dislike playing. For example, what if you bought a hard champion to play, a boring champion, or you somehow managed to buy the wrong champion you wanted? I hope in the future we get refunds from riot. I would've refunded so many skins and champions that I don't even use that are worth a ton of RP and IP. Please tell me your thoughts or any other things you want me to discuss. Have a great day!
