Can people who owned Medieval Twitch/Grey Warwick get a boarder or something else as recognition?

(Similar to the Championship Riven 2016 skin)

Now that Medieval Twitch/Grey Warwick are returning via the new honor system, may people who originally obtained the skin through Refer a Friend receive some form of recognition similar to what OG Championship Riven skin owners got?

To be fair, there are some people who deserve more recognition than i do, i just leveled 5 accounts to level 10 during Refer a Friend 3.0, some people went through way more to get the rewards back in Refer a Friend 1.0 (350 referrals for Medieval Twitch, 50 for Grey Warwick.) or Refer a Friend 2.0 (50 referrals for Medieval Twitch, 25 for Grey Warwick.), maybe give them a cooler looking boarder per amount of referrals they had to get for the skin.

Though i don't really know how hard it is to receive Medieval Twitch/Grey Warwick in the new honor system.

I want more than just a border loading screen boarder.

I want new recall animations for both skins to RAF version.

The option to remove Twitch's Helmet and wear a crown. The option to remove Warwick's helmet and maybe add more visual effects.

Exclusive icons since warwick and twitch don't have a champion icon and I've begged riot to start making champion icons since I will purchase most of them anyway.

Exclusive emote icon. Twitch emote icon: Twitch hugs a piece of cheese or chocolate/other sweets with love hearts around him (rats love candy more than cheese).

Warwick emote icon: noming on a dog bone, maybe have him look cute or vicious.

i agree they should at least do the border and the emotes wouldn't hurt but i feel like the options to remove/alter parts of the skin maybe a bit of work.
