What's a good way to vent my anger mid-game?

I recently had a game were we started off pretty amazing. I was making some solid jungle plays and we got up by 3 towers and 10 kills. But around this point we had a troll who got really upset when our zyra started feeding and decided to go afk

Zyra ended up with like 19 deaths and the troll leaving pretty much led us to throw a game we had such a strong advantage in since 4v5 isn't easy.

We could have EASILY won, but we didnt. This troll was pissing me off greatly, and so it was throwing off my game. Me being so angry was making it even harder to concentrate and of course we all know if you express anger in game you'll get banned, so I was forced to bottle it up. which just made shit worse.

When zyra hit 16 deaths I flamed her pretty hard. I'm not proud of that, but I really needed to blow off some steam. And when I yelled at her I legitimately felt better and able to focus more.

Since riot frowns upon players expressing emotions I'm not sure how to handle these situations. It seems like bottling up anger is a bad idea, but is that what Riot really wants us to do?

I'm at a loss here, I hate when i have games like that, but I don't know what to do about it. Obviously I can cool off after we lose... but what about during the game when we still have a chance?

Does anyone have some decent anger management tips, or are we all just fucked because we're normal human beings with emotions?

(side note) I hope this troll suffers from a horrible accident in the near future for making me lose my promos, I also hope she gets banned for a long time, is there anyway we can make that happen?

Don't play to win. Play to play well no matter what the result. Then it doesn't matter if you win or lose. What matters is how you played and how you played with your team. And remember, you're going to forget about this game later. Get past it and move on.

When I get upset over something, I always like to think that someone has it worse than me. So yeah, I could be mad, but whatever. It's not a big deal when you look problems other people have in the world. Move on. It's probably why I have lots of patients and I don't get upset easily.

Hope that helps.

If you need to vent, keep something next to your computer that you can pound on. I'm not sure if he's still playing, but there was a Pro who would keep a pillow with him while playing that he could abuse without worrying about getting in trouble.
