depends on the length of game
the longer games your gold gen is higher than when the game started if I'm remembering correctly.
They might have changed that, I know they've changed global gold gen a few times over the years so if I'm wrong w/e
late game 50~g isn't so bad.
early game its not worth waiting at all.
Immediately click back to lane as you recall and then buy while walking,
If it takes you more than 5 seconds to return to base then walk out of the buy area.
then you are taking far too long.
at the very least.
when you recall click the edge of the buy area in the direction you plan to walk.
Then open buy menu and buy.
Then when finished click to where you want to go.
never stand at main return point.
6~ seconds could be the difference between a kill as a jungler and a counter gank that works from the enemy.
You learn that the hard way over the years.
Its not as bad as laneing since 1-2 cs isn't really going to mean anything, its more about the champions kit and how well it works with or without gold.
